A couple of questions about GUI.ScrollTo

Hey guys...

2 questions, if you may:

1) With this GUI.ScrollTo, is there a way you can scroll up / down just clicking / touching anywhere or you have to use the scroll bar no matter what?

2) If I don´t want this bar to appear, I can set it GUIStyle.none ... however, how can I scroll up / down if so?
