"The system cannot find the path specified." When opening Unity Projects

I had was working on a project and for whatever reasons I decided to start again.

I created a new project and this is what I was meet with...

98 error messages all saying "The system cannot find the path specified." and no more context beyond that.

I ended up creating new projects even completely deleting unity hub and unity editor and reinstalling them on a new drive.

I am met with the same errors as before...

Anyone know how to fix...
