Fixed point in physics object

Hi. Supose i have a phyisics wood. It simply falls down or follow up any physics movement.

However, lets supose i stick one side of the wood with a drill on a wall. So only onde side will be able to move.

How this could be done whatsoever ? Im clueless haha
