Inputs Sometimes don't work

I'm using Bolt, and my inputs don't register every time press play on a scene. I'm using on keyboard Input event and have triple checked I don't use any 1 command in 2 separate places. But everytime i play the scene some of the buttons don't register as being push when I'm using them. it is not showing an error in the flow, it just doesn't register the button being pressed at all to start the flow.

I am brand new, like 3 weeks in, I'm using bolt cause its very easy to see and understand...
