Help exporting fbx motion files from Motionbuilder.

Anyone experiencing difficulty using exported motion files from motionbuilder? Models initiate in the rig area fine as humanoid but the animations dont. The rigging on the animations shows no skin, like it has been ripped off (everything is zeroed out). Cam scripts will not zoom on the mesh when it is running. Older animations work. Any tips appreciated.

Edit: The sequence which I was using to export was incorrect so the fault was mine (for anyone searching).
