Editing PBS Shaders?

Is there a guide anywhere on editing the PBS shader, I have an old shader I have been using which has a vert shader that adjusts the vertex positions in a certain way Iand I would like to be able to use that with the fancy new PBS shading in Unity 5. How would I go about doing that?
