Lightmapping UV Troubles locked atlas

Rightnow i am testing some lightsettings for a new project. So, since "bake selected" finally works with unity 4, i am using this feature because it is just more comfortable for making small adjustments. But now i have encountered a problem. When i bake some objects, mark lock atlas and then bake another object, it seems like the lightmapping uvs seem to shift and the uvs overlap on some objects. Am i missing something here i know it has something to do with atlasing but since i am quite new in...
