Problem with decal:blend and HDR camera

I'm having a strange issue setting up blend-strip objects in my game. For some reason, everything looks fine through a non-HDR view (either in the scene view, or turning off HDR on the camera), but in an HDR view the decal is blending very strangely. Here is what I mean:

The shader I'm using is below. The render queue definitely has an effect, as if I render it with other transparent objects, it blends correctly, but defeats the...
