Namespace working for some projects but not for others.

i would like to start by saying, i posted about this before, asking about dialogue systems, but that was resolved, the question there was how do i do it, i figured that out, but i still cant cause the library (i think thats what its called) isnt working on my main project. so i thought it would be ig not cool to keeping a thread alive when the question was answered.
