Android App crashes on Xiaomi Pad 4 when Package Name is greater than (or equal) 64 characters

since a few days I'm investigating a weird bug with my Xiaomi Pad 4. When the Package Name (app identifier) is greater than or equal 64 characters (e.g.: com.DefaultCompany.PackageName64Characters1234567890123456789012), then the app is immediately crashing after start (even the Unity Splash Screen is not showing).
