False glitches and errors.

I'm making a 2D horror game at the moment and would love to see people sharing ways to make the game look like it is glitching out, chromatic aberration, slicing, colour shifts and zoom changes would be useful. For errors, I'd love things like the game false crashing and showing error messages. Is any of this possible in unity atm?

Possibly static on proximity would be good too.
