Can't Login to Unity Hub

Hello,
i'am updated the Unity Hub to 3.1.1, now i can't login to my account to get assets from the store.

What i tested:
- Restart PC
- Disable Firewall
- Disable Antivirus
- Delete Cache and Appdata Files from UnityHub
- Reinstall UnityHub
- Start as Administrator
- Wait 30 Minutes after clicking Login Button

It's still not working.

If i click "Sign In" or "Create Account" it does...
