Need a new portable PC, will the Vaio Fit/Flip 13" be alright?

I'm looking for a compact, speedy, decently-priced machine to develop Unity projects on and was thinking the Vaio Fit 13" (which I've found for a really good price) might be a solid choice - do you think it'll cope with 3D Unity projects sufficiently? Here are the specs:
