Interest in Portal 2 like 3D level editor?

Hello, I have made a level editor very similar to the one in Portal 2. Currently it is only possible to extrude walls and toggle the materials of the walls, but I would be willing to add more features like placeable items, etc if more were needed to make it a better sell. Would anyone be at all interested in this? Would anyone consider purchasing it for $5? Here is a link to the Portal 2 editor:
