A guy on G+ that insists that if your revenue is over $100,000/year that you have to pay Unity 30%

There is a guy on Google+ that insists that if your revenue is over $100,000/year that you have to pay Unity 30% EVEN if you are using the paid versions of Unity. This is not true, is it?
