How to stop VS autocomplete from completing "private" for monobehaviour functions

I need to stop VS autocomplete from completing "private" for monobehaviour functions.
It wasn't doing that when I installed VS together with unity, but after I reinstalled, it's doing this.
I've been searching for an hour now, went through all the settings but can't find that particular one..

help please I feel violated
