Unity crashes when Saving scene since 2020.3.32 (uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException')

I dont know what has changed but I can't update Unity, once I update unity crashes continuously when saving scene, no need to do anything else, I tried 2020.3.32 and 2020.3.33 , im not sure about the .31 one.
Any help/hint would be appreciated.

I run on Mac BigSur 11.6... Please help!!
