Block left mouse click while getkeydown:

I have looked for this everywhere, I cannot find a good solution.

I need to disable the left mouse button while the left alt key is down.

I am using the transform Gizmo from @HiddenMonk and when you select a target to transform then left click to operate the camera, it deselects the target......you have to re-select it...
